7½-Digit Multimeter

The NI PXI-4071 offers the best DC performance of any instrument in its class, with 12.5 ppm accuracy over a 2-year calibration cycle. Built on the FlexDMM architecture, it also functions as a 1000 V, 1.8 MS/s isolated digitizer.

6½-Digit Multimeters and LCR Meter

The NI PXI-4070 and PCI-4070 offer superior 6½-digit measurement performance combined with 1.8 MS/s isolated digitizer capability. With up to 100 S/s at 6½ digits, the NI 4070 DMMs offer an ideal solution for high-volume automated test. For more basic 6½-digit measurements, low-cost NI 4065 DMMs are also available in USB, PXI, PCI, and PCIe.

5½-Digit Multimeters

The NI 4050 is a PCMCIA DMM for handheld and notebook computers with a Type II PC Card (PCMCIA) slot. This PCMCIA DMM makes accurate 5½-digit measurements of DC voltage and current, true rms AC voltage and current, and resistance (ohms). Its size, weight, and low-power consumption make it ideal for portable measurements and data logging.

Software for DMMs
